By accessing and using the Check On Me app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Check On Me is a daily check-in and safety alert service designed for anyone living alone. The app provides automated text alerts to designated contacts if a user fails to check in during designated periods.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is functional, charged, and connected to the internet/cellular network. The app relies on your network connection to send SMS alerts and cannot guarantee delivery in the event of outages or carrier issues.
Check On Me is not a replacement for professional medical alert systems or emergency services (like 911). In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify users of any significant changes.
