Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

Check On Me ("Check On Me," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using the Check On Me mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

By using Check On Me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. About Check On Me

Check On Me is a personal safety and check-in application designed to help people who live alone, older adults, individuals who may require periodic check-ins, and anyone who wants an additional layer of safety and support.

The Service allows users to establish scheduled check-ins. A user may designate trusted family members, friends, caregivers, or other individuals as contacts. If a scheduled check-in is missed and the user does not respond to the application's alert within the configured period, Check On Me may send a notification to the designated contact asking them to check on the user.

Check On Me is intended to provide an additional safety and communication tool. It is not an emergency response service and should not be considered a replacement for emergency services, medical professionals, caregivers, or direct human assistance.
